About the Project

Hybrid work promised freedom and balance, but for many people it has turned into a constant feeling of being "everywhere and nowhere at the same time."

The day starts with checking Slack or Teams in bed, continues with switching between Zoom meetings and office conversations, and ends with the feeling that work never really finished.

This is not simply "too many tasks." It is constant context switching, video fatigue, screen-based micromanagement, and a lack of real recovery.

Recent research from 2025–2026 shows that most hybrid employees experience chronic fatigue primarily because of the absence of clear boundaries between work and personal life.
